Collaborative Inclusion Support

 

​Our Collaborative Inclusion Support provides in-class, hands-on support for children and educators within licensed childcare settings. We work alongside classroom teams to support children who benefit from additional assistance while strengthening inclusive practices across the classroom.  

 

Our approach is collaborative and relationship-based, supporting regulation, participation, and engagement in real time while helping reduce educator burnout. Rather than replacing educators, our Inclusion Support Workers partner with teams to model effective strategies, share practical tools, and build sustainable classroom capacity.   

 

Support may be provided as 1:1 child-focused inclusion support or as classroom-wide support based on the needs of the centre. Services are flexible and designed to complement existing resources, ensuring inclusive environments remain supportive, responsive, and manageable for both children and staff. ​
